Carter Brighton works in the financial sector by day, and as a writer and editor by night. She studied Religion and Sociology at Central Washington University, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Carter currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her two cats and a tall bearded man. Excerpts of her work can be found on her website. She is currently working on a young adult adventure as well as a horror novel.
